American Politics Being Ugly

Often, we mistake a person’s way of speaking,
manners, bosting, image and demeanor as a cause to
label or view him or her as dangerous, corrupt, or some
other negative quality. Image is not everything, for it is
been shown that image can be misleading. We can’t
put prudence before honesty, as too many make the
mistake of doing. Often, we need to look at the whole
picture on everything to get a good understanding of it
and the person or people involved. Common people
make this mistake and as a result, don’t make the best
choices, with voting, advocacy and support being a
prime example.
The reason why radical movements and the media
have so much is because they are having so much
good demeanor, lingo, and prudence. We need good
leadership that will tell us the truth, whether we like to
hear it or not, good or bad. At the same token, the
reason why the left-wing liberal and the right-wing
conservative movements have been overall flailing is
because of a lack of acceptance for others different
from them, and subject them to the conditions of what
they think is right. There is little middle ground, and so
much void is left in solutions, compromise and
opportunities.
We have a system that was deemed as “God’s
greatest system to man” when that couldn’t be further
from the truth, when everyone should consider that a
country is only as good as it’s people. If we choose the
wrong people for the wrong reasons, only the wrong
things will happen.
Don’t overlook the fact that the word politics is merely
the plural form or policy, and thus politics means
strategy or leadership. What we are facing is political
drama and too much of it is and has been dominating
our leadership and the tasks they are supposed to
perform. For this reason, American politics is ugly and
we need to clean up our government before it’s too
late. Our leaders turn politics into drama for their own
causes, instead of for what it is intended for: Operation
of leadership and good government.
When someone says, “I don’t like to talk about politics,”
they are most likely trying to avoid talking about the
drama of it all. If our leadership was operating properly
and our leaders were working at the jobs as they were
paid to do, politics would be a more colorful,
interesting, operational, and with no drama to make a
mess. No matter how much topics like political science,
business or economics are studied, it all means
nothing if we don’t have an honest and working system
with people who don’t crave excessive riches, much of
which they will never need. Like other majors of
continuing education, most Americans who take up
such fields do so to “get an edge” on others, rather
than to be comfortably successful at what they do. This
is why this country is closer to what China is then what
working countries in Europe or other parts of Asia are,
and why the rich are elite while the poor are massive.
