Support of capital punishment

Support of capital punishment or long-term sentences is not substantial, for we don’t have a government competent for deciding who lives and who dies. Also, we don’t have a good system for finding real pedophiles and other criminals. We mostly have a pile of lawsuits and claims by materialistic phony victims
upstaging real victims. We could send a better
message if more people would learn to tell the truth and the ambulance chasing lawyers were condemned for hunting out “victims”. This is not justice.
The judicial system is being run down by cases of hearsay, leaving little room for it to serve the needs of people who really need it and even worse, more opportunity for real criminals and predators to roam loose in the country and living lives they would not otherwise deserve. It is more and more popular to punish now and ask questions later for the sake of what really false consolation is.
This not only affects the lives of the accused and convicted, but also their families as well as the families of those actually victimized by criminals who never got caught to begin with. Most juries can only go on information given to them, coupled with the fact that most jurors nowadays have opposition to serving on a
jury and may be filled with mainstreamed opinions or takes on any matter. This negates the purpose of a fair jury trial.
