To my Late Friends and Family

As I move on in life being in my fifties, I would like to
reflect back at the many close friends and relatives that
I used to have that I had for the years that had carried
me throughout my life. Music bandmates, sports
teammates, co-workers, roommates, hand-out buddies
and most certainly family that I had spent a lot of time
with and had a lot of good times with. They were good
company, honest hardworking, non-materialistic friends
that each I have had for periods of twenty years or
more. Some are still living and some sadly are
deceased.
To those good friends of mine who are no longer alive,
I want to show how much I remember them and not let
them totally disappear in vain by listing them here as a
way to show that they will always be in my heart.
These people made me feel loved and I miss them
dearly.

If I still had my thyroid, I would shed tears for these
deceased friends and family. To me, crying was always
very therapeutic. Now all I can do is feel sadness and
pain.
To the ones that are still alive, I wish them well.
