I, for one, have the common sense to only use air conditioning at the proper levels for hot weather on a rationed basis and not for the primary sake of celebrating summer, thus not wasting energy and risking colds, fever and virus. Warm weather body care is always important.
Air conditioning does not take the place of good
common-sense body maintenance for hot weather
including:
Drinking plenty of cold liquids, especially water.
Shining a working fan on yourself at all times
possible.
Showering twice daily or at least once daily.
Refraining from eating hot foods more than ½ a dozen times each week.
Not relying on corporate weather forecasts. These forecasts are bogus and are designed to keep you to “stay tuned”. There is commonly no technology for finding future weather further than 72 hours futuristic of the current moment that networks would spend the immense amount of money on, being that such technology would be enormously costly
for them. With this practice, most can enjoy the comfort of an air conditioner only when really needed, without an electric
bill that looks like Donald Trump’s taxes or Kim Kardashian’s beauty expenses. One should also know that perspiration is a form of body waste, just like urination and defecation. Air conditioning only makes perspiration dry and absolve into the skin, whereas a shower or bath washes it all away. Keep in mind that the cold air produced by air conditioning is a friend of virus, whereas humidity and sunlight is an enemy of the virus. I also know when to stay inside from devastating heat and when to come out, unlike those that think otherwise.
Public buildings and offices love to boom the air conditioning as a way to get people to dress up, which besides forcing people to wear more clothes then they need or want, leads to brown outs and is a waste of energy. Companies keep air conditioning going even when it’s raining. When you come in out of the rain to a place where the air conditioning is booming, you risk contracting colds or even pneumonia.
